The Mission of the City of Bethlehem’s Code Enforcement Department is to deliver exceptional service while upholding and enforcing Codes and Ordinances that are established or adopted to protect the public health, safety, and welfare of all residents, business owners, and visitors.  The goal of this is to enhance the appearance of neighbourhoods and business districts to prevent blight, protect property values and enhance economic conditions.
